Spine Care and Rehabilitation Inc. has been proud to serve the New Jersey Community since 1983.  Our North Jersey offices are conveniently located near major highways for easy access. 

 

Patients are seen by appointment only, by calling 973-226-2725.  New patients are asked to bring any diagnostic films: XRAYS, MRIs, CTs etc. as well as medical reports.  Please bring your insurance ID card and referral forms if necessary.  In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please call ahead to avoid any fees.

 

All office visits will be pre-authorized with your insurance carrier before your visit.

 

Your insurance will be verified prior to your visit.  Any deductible or co-payment will be billed to you after your insurance pays.
